On a Casio calculator you can clear an entry in statistical calculations

SHIFT		M-M
		M+
		DT└CL┘

You must scroll to the data values using up  ∧  and down  ∨ . Deleting a data value causes all values following it to be shifted up.

Example 1

To delete the 2nd entry in standard deviation (SD mode)

					SHIFT		M-M
∨		x2=           14.					M+		x1=           10.
							DT└CL┘

Example 2

To correct the 4th entry in standard deviation (SD mode)

∨		x4=           25.		7	7_           25.			=		x4=            7.

By using the equal sign key  = , no new entry is added.
